Watch for a shower or thunderstorm to push through parts of the area this evening and overnight as a storm system approaches from the west. Otherwise, look for mostly cloudy skies overnight along with lows in the mid to upper 60s. The cold front is expected to slide closer to the area on Thursday bringing us some more shower and thunderstorm activity. Any thunderstorm through Thursday could be on the strong to severe side with damaging wind gusts, heavy downpours and possibly hail. Temperatures will top out in the upper 70s to near 80 degrees on Thursday with humid conditions. Friday will be a breezy and cooler day behind the front with highs only reaching the upper 60s. A good amount of cloud cover is expected to be overhead on Friday along with a few showers possible.
