More

Tonight: Clear and cool. Low: 44

Saturday: Warmer with plenty of sunshine. High: 80 Low: 51

It was another absolutely gorgeous day around the region as high pressure brought us plenty of sunshine this afternoon with highs in the upper 70s to near 80 degrees. Temperatures will be on the cool side once again overnight with lows tumbling into the middle 40s under clear skies. Saturday will feature slightly warmer temperatures in the lower 80s and a good amount of sunshine as the high pressure holds on for one more day. Sunday will start off with some sunshine before the cloud cover gradually increases as a low off the Carolina coast begins to drift to the northward. This system will eventually push some drizzle and even a shower or two into the area by Sunday night. We have a much better chance of seeing some shower and/or thunderstorm activity on Monday and Tuesday.
