'Small Business Saturday' promotes local stores, restaurants

Local stores and restaurants are hoping you're not too burned out from Black Friday.
That's because today is "Small Business Saturday."
It's a day meant to promote local businesses.
American Express started "Small Business Saturday" two years ago.
Thousands of small stores and restaurants across the U.S. are offering discounts and promotions to get you in the door.
