$5M lottery ticket sold in Montgomery County

NORRISTOWN, Pa. - Check those numbers. A lottery ticket worth $5 million was sold in Montgomery County.

The Match 6 Lotto ticket was bought at the Weis store at 25 W. Germantown Pike in Norristown for Monday night's drawing, lottery officials said.

The ticket correctly matched all six winning numbers: 11-21-26-35-39-41 to win a jackpot of $5,021,688.50.

Weis will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the jackpot-winning ticket.

The Match 6 jackpot had been steadily growing since a winning ticket was named for the Dec. 26, 2013 drawing.

There were more than 145,200 other prize-winning Match 6 tickets sold for Monday's drawing, so all players are reminded to check their tickets.
