Dun and Bradstreet may be shopping for a buyer for itself.
The Wall Street Journal has reported that the 171-year-old company has hired investment banks to help it explore a potential sale.
The Journal said D-and-B also explored a sale last year, but nothing came of it.
Dun and Bradstreet compiles and sells business data to clients around the world.
The company employs hundreds of people at its location in Upper Saucon Twp., Lehigh Co.
