  • Pocono Brewery Co. to hold grand opening at Lehigh Valley Mall on Jan. 18 from 12 to 9 p.m. The family-owned restaurant and microbrewery will offer music and food and beer samples, as well as a ribbon-cutting at 4 p.m.
