The musical, "Chicago," is being presented by Act 1 DeSales University in Center Valley on the main stage of the Labuda Center for the Performing Arts beginning Wednesday through May 5. Music is by the legendary songwriting team of John Kander and lyrics by Fred Ebb, with book by Ebb and Bob Fosse. Director is Dennis Razze.

A photo retrospective of the 2012 Freddy Awards by photographers Thomas Kosa and Wilson Black is currently on display through June 28, in the Brown-Daub Gallery of Easton's State Theatre. Photographs sold will benefit the FREDDY Awards programming, recognizing and rewarding outstanding achievement in local high school musicals of Lehigh, Northampton and Warren (NJ) counties.

On display in the Brown-Daub Gallery Annex is sculpture by Easton native and master carpenter Rich Cook, titled "Welcome to the Dance." Cook uses mostly salvaged wood and other found materials in his work. This is his first-ever exhibition, comprised of 36 pieces.
