From time to time we all get stressed out. Try using some of these ideas to help lower your stress level.

Yoga: Exercising, stretching and focusing on your breathing during yoga can help you relax.

Meditate: Meditating and focusing on your thoughts in silence can help lower your stress.

Exercise: Endorphins help improve your mood, which can help reduce your stress.

Take a breath: Taking a deep breath can help lower your blood pressure and can promote relaxation and stress reduction.

Laugh: Laughter can actually reduce the effects stress has on your body.

Listen to music: Researchers have found that listening to music can help reduce your level of stress.

Chew gum: Chewing gum can reduce your stress by lowering your cortisol levels.

Get a massage: Getting a massage can help you relax and lower your stress levels.
