ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Can you change your life by changing your thoughts? Study after study says you absolutely can if you use positive thinking and while most of the women we spoke with agree, they also say negative thoughts can  have a big influence on how we feel and our levels of success.

"At the end of the day I'm not the only one whose been through whatever challenges may be facing me. "I believe things come in to our lives for different reasons. We might find those reasons out. We might never know what those reasons are. You have to just embrace where you are and what you have in your life and be thankful for what you have."

"So positive thoughts can kind of create a virtuous cycle, if you're thinking positively if you're thinking happy thoughts, things are going your way, you tend to focus on what is going your way and the reverse is also true: if you're thinking negative thoughts, you tend to selectively focus on what isn't going your way. "
