Sunrise Chef: Bella Napoli Trattoria

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - It's time to head to the kitchen...where this morning we're welcoming in the folks from Bella Napoli Trattoria in Nazareth.

Owner Marina Gabunia  and executive chef Hady Mohamed joined 69 News at Sunrise. 

Ala Marina Salata

Grilled chicken 8oz.
Fresh spinach 2 cups
Dried cranberry 3 tbl spoon
Fetta cheese 1/4 cup
Honey roasted walnuts 3 tbl spoon
Balsamic dressing approx. 4 tbl spoons

Bella Napoli's Pollo Pazzo

Grilled chicken 4oz.
Shrimp 4oz
Red wine 1/4 cup
Marinara sauce 1 cup
Onion(minced) 2 tblspoon
Garlic(minced) 1 tblspoon
Crushed red pepper 2oz
Parmesan cheese 1/3 cup
Parsley(garnish) sprinkle
Salt and pepper   pinch
Extra virgin olive oil 3 tblspoon
Served over choice of pasta or rice

Chef Hady's Famous Burger

6 oz. Burger
Salt and pepper   pinch
Arugula 1 oz.
Fresh tomato slices 3
Minced parsley 2 oz.
Dill mayo 2 tblspoons
Sunny side up  1 egg
Cajun onion crisps 4 oz. (buttermilk batter)
Brioche roll 1
Maple Bacon 3 strips
