Sunrise Chef: Casa Toro Mexican Grill

Mexican Kickoff Smoothie

1 orange
1/2 cilantro
lime juice
1 cup pineapple
1 cup cucumber
1/2 avacado
1 banana
1 cup kale
1/2 jalapeno

Blend and serve cold.
Touchdown Guacamole

3 avacado
1 cup pineapple
1/2 cup mango
1/2 cup red onion
1/4 cup cilantro
dash of pineapple juice
1 tsp sugar

Mash avocado. Mix all ingredients. Garnish with extra cilantro and lime wedges.
Camarones Wentz

6 shrimp sauteed in green tomatillo sauce with wilted spinach. served with rice and side salad.

Tomatillo sauce

6 tomatillos boiled
1 jalapeno boiled
Water strained reserving about a cup
1/2 spanish onion
1/4 cilantro bunch

Blend with salt to taste. Heat oil in a pot and flash fry sauce. Simmer for ten minutes.
