WFMZ and Unlimited Changes Personal Fitness & Performance Center has initiated the “GET UP, GET HEALTHY” Health & Fitness Challenge. This first of its kind contest promises to be the most spectacular event of the New Year, with television coverage by WFMZ and the expertise and motivational spirit of Mike Kocsis (Professional Natural Bodybuilder - 2005 Mr. Natural USA and Top 5 in the World).

Twenty individuals have been selected to compete in a 13-week fitness challenge. Eight individuals will remain after the 2nd week of the contest. An elimination process will continue until two contestants remain (1 male and 1 female). Each of the two remaining contestants will receive equal awards of cash and prizes valued at over $2,000.
