Mary is not terribly overweight, but she feels she is out of shape. She wants to  take age by the hand and guide it instead of letting it take over her life. After losing her father to cancer and learning of her mother's diagnosis, also of cancer, she gave up on a healthy lifestyle. But, now, she realizes that her health is her most important possession. Mary quit smoking in June, and now wants to get healthy and feel beautiful.
