Betsey became an avid runner and lost a lot of weight in 1992, but she says a series of personal crisis put her to a stop. Since then, she has fallen into a string of bad habits and gained 30 pounds. Betsey tried losing the weight on her own, but hasn't been successful. She wants to prove to herself and her husband that she can do it.
