If you're eating healthy but still can't seem to drop the weight, experts say it may be because your so-called healthy foods could be packed with sugar or oil.
Fat-free flavored yogurt, even those flavored with fruit, can have up to 15-grams of sugar in less than six-ounces.
Veggie omelets can also be deceiving. Usually the vegetables are drenched in oil or butter. Next time, try asking for your omelets "dry" to save calories.
