A new report from the March of Dimes is a mixed bag for the U.S.
The organization released its annual premature-birth report card Friday and the U.S. got a "C".
The March of Dimes says the nation's pre-term birth rate is at a 15-year low but it's still the highest among industrialized countries.
Pennsylvania earned a B on the report card which is the same grade it got last year.
