We're told the child is a third-grader at Skippack Elementary School, located at 4081 Heckler Rd. in Collegeville.

That's in the Perkiomen Valley School District.

The district was notified Tuesday by the county health department.

Officials say the school is being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected and are urging anyone who has come into contact with the affected student to take an antibiotic.
