Head chef Geoff Wagner and operating partner Jason Spatzier of Carmel Kitchen and Wine Bar in South Whitehall Township stopped by the WFMZ studios to talk about the new menu, catering and charity events, as well as preparing a few dishes.

Tuna Tartare Stack

1/2 cup tuna
2 tbls Tuna Sauce
1/4 cup avocado
1/4 cup diced mangoes
4 pita triangles
1 pinch micro green
