Place beef on toasted roll with mozzarella and place in oven to melt. Top with sliced tomatoes' then shrimp scampi sauce which you sauté shrimp in half the butter with salt and pepper. Throw in chopped garlic and cook till transparent and shrimp are done. deglaze in white wine and lemon a finish with whole butter, Place top half of focaccia on and  cut in half and serve with our sassy slaw.
