Susan and Matt made Thai black sticky rice which is vegan.  It's made with glutinous black rice, coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla bean.  It's topped with mango, pineapple, shaved coconut and reduced coconut milk.  It's excellent for breakfast or dessert.

Veggie burger -vegan  and wheat gluten free( no roll).  It's made with quinoa, oatmeal, spinach, onions, black beans, peppers topped with pico or aioli, lettuce and tomato, roasted pepper.

Scorcher Burger-Short rib burger, pepperjack cheese, smoked jalapeno relish, smokin aioli grilled polenta with Promordia Farms wild mushroom.
