Wear orange for Melanoma Monday
People across the country made a bold fashion statement Monday -- and it was all for a good cause: Melanoma Monday.
The American Academy of Dermatology asked the public to wear orange to raise awareness of skin cancer and to encourage everyone to get checked out.
Our cameras caught up with some employees at Advanced Dermatology Associates in Salisbury Township, Lehigh Co., who did their part by donning orange.
Experts say one in five Americans will be diagnosed with skin cancer in their lifetime but it's highly treatable if it's caught early.
