Moravian softball wins NCAA Regional; DeSales stays alive

Greyhounds advance to Super Regional; Bulldogs to play Sunday

The Moravian softball team won its NCAA Regional in Rochester, New York on Saturday. DeSales is still in the running to win theirs in Cortland, New York following two wins on Saturday.

Moravian lost game 1 with the University of Rochester, 6-3, on Saturday. But the Greyhounds rebounded to take the decisive game 2 from the hosts, 4-2, to advance to an NCAA Super Regional.

In Cortland, DeSales defeated Neumann, 6-1, then followed that up with a 5-2 win over SUNY Cortland to advance to Sunday's regional championship round against Heidelberg at noon.
