Tom Rader

Reporter | A native of Schuylkill County, PA, Tom graduated from Temple University in 2008. He performed in a critically acclaimed original documentary theater production called In Conflict, telling the true stories of veterans. The production toured internationally in Edinburgh, Scotland and Off-Broadway in NYC. Following that, he pursued acting, music and broadcasting in Los Angeles, starting his own news, sports and entertainment podcast.

Tom began his news and sports reporting career on the Texas/Mexico border, working for NBC, Fox & Univision affiliates covering illegal immigration, drug trafficking and corruption, in addition to high school football & MMA. Following that, he worked as a sports director, anchor and news reporter for a CBS affiliate in Charleston, West Virginia, interviewing presidential candidate Hillary Clinton about the ongoing opioid crisis.

Tom has volunteered with Habitat For Humanity and Kanawha Valley Senior Services.

In his spare time, Tom enjoys writing music, playing guitar, piano and writing screenplays.
