1976: Future Hall of Famer Hank Aaron singles in his last at-bat for the Milwaukee Brewers and drives in his 2,297th run, an MLB record that stands to this day. Aaron retired with a career .305 average, 755 home runs and 3,771 hits. His career home run record would stand until 2007.
