2 Killed In Crash On Interstate 380

COOLBAUGH TWP., Pa. -

Two people were killed in a crash involving a tractor trailer and two vehicles on Interstate 380 in the Poconos.

It happened in Coolbaugh Township, Monroe County around 4:30 this morning.

Police said a tractor trailer rammed into two vehicles that had stopped for an earlier accident on Interstate 380 North.

One of those vehicles went down an embankment and hit a tree.

Two people inside the vehicle were killed.

A portion of the highway was closed in both directions following the crash.
