2 arrested on drug distribution charges

Charles Davis, Jonathan Neceda face charges of selling heroin at work

FLEMINGTON, N.J. - Two Hunterdon County, N.J., men are facing drug distribution charges for allegedly selling drugs at work.

Charles K. Davis, 25, of Phillipsburg, and 24-year-old Jonathan Neceda of Bloomsbury, were arrested Friday at their workplace in Bloomsbury.

Police said while at work, the two conspired together to sell heroin.

During the arrest, officers confiscated 130 decks of heroin, which were found in Davis' possession.

A 22-year-old Phillipsburg woman - Lindsay Fretz - was in possession of marijuana, and she faces drug charges as well.

The estimated value of the drugs seized during the investigation was $1,500.

Davis and Neceda were charged with drug distribution, possession with the intent to distribute and conspiracy to distribute.

Both were taken to thet Hunterdon County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Fretz was released on her own recognizance pending a court appearance.
