The fire in in Forks Township was so intense that it actually damaged a home across the street.
The fire remains under investigation.
Tuesday, five people were rushed to the hospital following a deck collapse in Carbon County.
It happened during a child's birthday party at a house in Penn Forest Township.
Three children and two adults were pinned underneath and suffered injuries ranging from a leg fracture to spinal and head injuries.
Officials said the second floor deck that collapsed was not up to code.
On Wednesday, a Berks County man is behind bars after police said he violently shook a 10-month-old baby girl.
Officials said 20-year-old Cody Rigg of Exeter Township caused life threatening injuries to the little girl.
The baby girl is in a coma at Hershey Medical Center. Doctors are not sure if she'll survive.
Thursday, a former treasurer of a Berks County youth sports league resigned after allegedly stealing thousands of dollars.
Kelli Miller was arrested and charged after authorities said she made off with nearly $62,000 from the non-profit Muhlenberg Township Athletic Association.
According to court documents, an audit proved she made unauthorized purchases and cash withdrawals from three separate accounts for nearly three years.
On Friday, a suspect in a Reading homicide turned himself in to police.
Louis Negron, 22, is accused of shooting and killing Luis Rosario-Rosario in the 400 block of Schuylkill Avenue.
Police had been in search of Negron for weeks before he turned himself in.
