Beautiful summer skin starts in the kitchen

Allentown, Pa. - From what you eat to what you slather on your body, beautiful summer skin starts in the kitchen!

Medical esthetician and owner of the Anllo Center in Allentown, Jennifer Anllo, joined WFMZ's Eve Russo in the 69 News at Sunrise kitchen to show us what foods to eat to keep your skin radiant, and she even shared some at-home treatments you can make to get rid of summer skin issues!

Three Topical Skin Treatments You Can Make at Home:

{C}1.     Hydration Facial - Use this to provide instant hydration. Ingredients:  Oatmeal, honey, and full fat milk.  Blend together and then slather on and relax for five minutes. Rinse and apply a quality moisturizer

{C}2.      Remove the Red - This treatment is to calm redness and irritation caused by the environment and other seasonal factors. Mix Oatmeal and honey until they form a consistent mixture.

{C}3.       Silky Soothe Exfoliation - The silky soothe concoction is best for dry skin, which could happen if you're suffering from a little too much sun. Use a mix of Papaya, a banana, and lemon juice. Let it sit, then gently rub on the dry areas and relax for five min. Rinse.
