Iraqi War vet uses fitness to fight PTSD, train recruits

The horrors of war can follow combat troops long after they leave the battlefield.  Iraq War veteran Jay Delgado has found fitness is a great help to him coping with the after effects of war.  In this interview on 69 News at Sunrise, Jay tells Jaciel Cordoba how he uses his personal training background to help veterans and prepare recruits for the military.
