Summer recipes on the grill

Nothing says summer like firing up the grill. It's something lots of us will do this Memorial Day weekend, but you can do cook more than just hot dogs and burgers on there.

ShopRite's Natalie Miller joins us now with some creative recipes, like this Grilled Potato Salad.

Grilled Potato Salad
1.5 pounds of red potatoes (boiled and chilled)
2 thick slices red onion
1 ear fresh corn
Olive Oil for grilling
3 slices bacon (cooked & crunchy)
1/3 cup finely diced celery
salt & pepper to taste

Whisk together the following ingredients and put aside in the fridge to keep cool:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp horseradish
1 tsp fresh dill
squeeze fresh lemon juice
splash Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper to taste

To make:
Cut boiled potatoes into slices.

Drizzle potatoes, onion slices and ear of corn with olive oil and place on grill. Grill potatoes just long enough to get nice grill marks, onion until it starts to get soft (about 4-5 minutes) and corn until you've cooked all sides (about 4-5 minutes).

Put the potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Dice the onion and add to the bowl. Cut the corn off of the cob and add to the bowl.

Add bacon, celery and salt & pepper. Add the dressing and stir lightly.
