Allentown Murder Suspect Heading To Trial

A man accused of murder in Allentown is heading to trial.
Ruben Rivera was in court for a preliminary hearing Thursday morning.
He's charged with homicide in the death of Armando Ramos.
Ramos was shot several times in the 100 block of North Ninth Street on Halloween night back in 2008.
