Arrest Made In 2008 Murder

ALLENTOWN, Pa. -

Allentown Police have made an arrest in a murder case from 2008.

Ruben Rivera, 24, is charged with gunning down 22-year-old Armando Ramos.

It happened on Halloween night in the 100 block of North 9th Street.

Ramos was found lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds.

He died later at the hospital.
