UPPER PROVIDENCE TWP., Pa. -

Police in Montgomery County have arrested a man and charged him with raping a child.

Upper Providence Township police arrested Raheem Smith-Little, 20, of Collegeville on Sunday night.

They say he sexually assaulted a 12-year-old whose gender and name are being withheld.

Smith-Little is being held on $250,000 bail.
