Berks Catholic Antietam boys advance

READING, Pa. -

After beating Reading last week, the Schuylkill Valley boys were confident they could give Berks Catholic a run for their money in the county title game.

It didn't work out that way.

The Saints pummelled the Panthers by points to win a championship.

Tonight, just four days later, these two were on the same court again, this time playing in a District 3 playoff game...

The Panthers pushed the Saints but Berks Catholic survives with a 50-47 win to move on.

The Antietam boys were home hosting High Point in the Single-A bracket.

Antietam wins big 70-56.
