Boone, Mifflin girls win District 3-AAAA first round games

READING, Pa. -

Two Divisional rivals met in a girls district playoff game with Daniel Boone hosting Muhlenberg...

The Blazers walk away with a 42-38 win over the Muhls.

The Governor Mifflin girls came into the last week of the regular season with a shot to be in the Berks County playoffs.

They eventually lost out to two division rivals, but that's only fueled their fire to make a run in districts.

Tonight, the Mustang girls were at home hosting Mechanicsburg.

The Mustangs win 58-46.

They will play Wilson Friday at Exeter.
