It was a close call in part of Berks County.
Two people were taken to the hospital after a car barreled into a bank.
It happened Sunday afternoon - around 4:30 - at Fulton Bank on the 3000 block of North Fifth Street Highway.
The bank was closed at the time.
Police say the driver lost control of the car because of a medical condition.
The driver and the passenger were taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
Crews at the scene say the building was structurally damaged.
No word if the bank will be open Monday.
