Chloe Manwiller the newest member of 69 News family

We'd like to introduce you to the newest member of our 69 News family.
Chloe Emerson was born at 3:08 a.m. Friday. She's the daughter of Berks Edition photographer Patrick Manwiller and his wife, Kristy.
Chloe weighed in at 7.85 pounds and measured 19.5 inches long.
Kristy and baby are doing well.
Congratulations to mom, dad and Chloe's big brother, Gregory.
