Condom dispensers to be placed in some Philadelphia high schools

Some Philadelphia students will soon be able to more than just pamphlets about safe sex from their high school.

Philly-dot-com is reporting that the city is installing condom dispensers at 22 high schools.

Officials say the goal is to address what they call an alarming public health crisis in the schools.

The condoms will be available for free at the schools with the highest STD rates.
