Coroner ID's Monroe Crash Victim

The coroner says Jelani Parkins, 32, died when his car hit a tree.
It happened early Sunday morning on Marshalls Creek Road in Middle Smithfield Township.
The coroner says Parkins was not wearing a seat belt.
He died at the scene.
Two other people in the car were hurt in the crash.
