Two former Bucks County Sheriff's Deputies are suing the county for wrongful termination under the state's whistle blower law.

William Klein and James McAndrews claim they were wrongfully fired after filing complaints about corruption in the sheriff's department.

Klein and McAndrews were fired last year for not reporting an assault on a handcuffed suspect by Deputy Sheriff Gary Browndorf in 2011.

But the deputies say the officer in charge, Browndorf, was responsible for filing the paperwork on it.

A grand jury found Klein and McAndrews weren't culpable.

Browndorf was later convicted of assault.
