Easton Mayor Sal Panto is talking about the city's response to SuperStorm Sandy.
He says local shelters did a great job -- by accident.
City officials and various churches and other groups met Monday.
Panto says while shelters did what they had to do they're now putting a true plan on paper for residents so they know where to go when they lose power.
Meantime Panto says, hopefully, the city budget will be finalized Tuesday night with a vote Wednesday night.
