EASTON, Pa. -

A young woman who escaped custody last week has been caught, but only after escaping again.

Police said they arrested Krystal Gottshall last night after receiving an anonymous tip about her location.

Police said on the way back to headquarters, Gottshall, 22, broke out of her handcuffs, opened the door of the patrol car, and jumped out.

She didn't get far.

The arresting officers put her in leg shackles following her second escape attempt.

Last Thursday afternoon, she escaped from District Justice Michael Koury's office in the 1700 block of Butler Street by running out a back door.

She was there for an arraignment on a theft charge.
