FBI: 2 arrested locally for harassing former VP candidate
Father and son arrested in Palin case
The FBI said it has arrested two people locally for harassing a former vice presidential candidate.
The FBI said Craig and Shawn Christy were arrested at the FBI office in Allentown aroud 10:30 Thursday morning.
According to the FBI, the father and son were arrested for harassing Sarah Palin.
They said the McAdoo, Schuylkill County, men called up and harassed her attorneys, employees of the law firm, and members of her family.
Palin currently has a restraining order issued against both men.
According to the restraining order, Craig had been leaving harassing phone messages for Palin's parents, and contacting her friends on Facebook.
They were indicted federally on August 17.
