BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

Hitting the jackpot at Bethlehem's Sands Casino wasn't cause for celebration for one Bucks County couple. That's because the couple had no right even being inside the casino.

The couple had registered themselves on a list meant to keep gambling addicts away from casinos. The list is run by the state Gaming Control Board.

The casino found out about the couple being on the list when the couple hit the jackpot.

"He said he's calling the police. I said the police?" David Gussie said. "Why don't you just let me leave go. It's embarrassing enough."

The couple was cited for criminal trespass. Officials say the winnings were confiscated and placed into the problem gambling fund of the gaming control board.
