Grenade found in home on college campus

Bombs found in home on Ursinus College campus

COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. -

The bomb squad was called to a home owned by a local college Thursday afternoon.

Plumbers working in a home owned by Ursinus College in Montgomery County found an old grenade.

Members of the bomb squad determined the grenade was not active.

Officials say the bomb is possibly from the World War II era.

Classes were not interrupted. No students live in the house in question.
