WYOMISSING, Pa. -

Health care took center stage at an event Friday in Wyomissing.

The Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce hosted a health care summit at the Inn at Reading.

Officials from the Reading Health System, St. Joseph Regional Health Network and the Berks County Medical Society were on hand to discuss the current state of health care and the economy with local business leaders.

With the new federal health care law, experts said a lot of details are still up in the air.

"With the patient protection affordable care act, it's going to be an uncertain future until some of those specifics get sorted out," said Kristen Sandel, president-elect, Berks County Medical Society.

The panel also discussed wellness programs that can drive down health care costs for businesses.
