Hospital Names Executive Director Of Medical Group
The Reading Hospital has named the executive director of its medical group.
Gregory Lutz will lead the network of more than 100 health care providers throughout Berks County and beyond.
Lutz has more than 30 years of experience in large medical group practices and ambulatory care delivery systems, including operations and fiscal management, marketing, strategic planning, business development, service line creation, labor relations, contract negotiations, and human resource management, hospital officials said.
Lutz most recently served as chief administrative officer for Preferred Health Partners in Brooklyn.
Prior to that, he was vice president and chief clinic officer with Hennepin Medical Center in Minneapolis.
A graduate of Michigan State University, Lutz earned his master?s degree in health administration from Clark University.
The Reading Hospital Medical Group, a non-profit affiliate of the hospital, is a network of more than 100 physicians and other health care providers who deliver primary care services to Berks County and the surrounding area.
