There's no question the relationship between the Phillies and the IronPigs is a good one. The teams have worked well together during the four plus years the IronPigs have been here, and now they've announced that they'll be working together for a few more years. The IronPigs and Phils got together at Coca-Cola Park today to announce that the player development contract between the two teams is bng renewed for another four years. That means more rehab appearances by major league players in the Lehigh Valley, it means more prospects coming through on their way to Philly, and it means four more years of great baseball in the Lehigh Valley.
