ROCKVILLE, Md. -

The TLC network has reached a settlement with reality TV star Jon Gosselin over a breach of contract lawsuit.

The network sued Gosselin of Lower Heidelberg Township, Berks County in October.

Gosselin also filed a countersuit, claiming TLC violated Pennsylvania's child labor laws in filming "Jon & Kate Plus 8" about the family with eight children.

The network said that all terms of the settlement are confidential and the whole Gosselin family remains under contract.

Mark Jay Heller, Gosselin's attorney, said the settlement was filed today and Gosselin did not appear in court.

Heller did not disclose details, but said all litigation has ended and he hoped "this new adventure for TLC and the Gosselins is a much more joyful journey."
