Lower Macungie Township in Lehigh County can now remove a family of alleged squatters from a historic farmhouse.
A judge has ruled that the Dikeman family must leave the township-owned Butz-Leister Farmhouse.
They must also pay $3,200 in damages.
The family of eight has been living there since May.
Township officials had planned to let the family to live there and restore the home for use as a public attraction, but officials said they never fully signed off on the family's lease.
The family said it plans to appeal the ruling.
