LVC titles go to Vikettes and Emmaus boys

The Central Catholic girls and Emmaus boys have been crowned champions in the LVC after hard fought wins in the title round on Friday.

The Vikettes jumped out to a 15 point lead on Becahi at the half after forcing 14 turnovers and allowing only 3 made baskets in the 1st half. Kerry Kinek led the scoring with 17 points in the 48-37 win.

The Emmaus boys got another double-double from Matt Wiseley in their LVC title game win, beating Freedom 47-44. Wiseley had 17 points to lead the Green Hornet offense and a huge block at the end of the game to help preserve the win.
